Today Dirk Raes (65), the original founder, is the company’s acting director. He sold the original company and started a new venture with his family 7 years ago. His daughter, Nele Raes (39) and his son-in-law, are slowly but surely taking over. A pleasant encounter in a family company that is passionate about logistics, the health industry and its patients.

“I started my company in the nineties and already then chose to give it my own name. Your own name stands for quality, possible success and it appeals to buyers. It stands for everything you really want to convey.
Throughout the take-over by the international Movianto I could count on a nice added value because of what I had achieved with Dirk Raes. And when my daughter and son-in-law were ready to join me, we started all over again.
oday Nele is head of our HR and she coaches and recruits our teamShe also supervises our bookkeeping. Frank is in charge of daily management and is responsible for our sales. Today we count 45 collaborators, from engineers, industrial pharmacists, office clerks to chauffeurs. There is always someone in our building, so we need a planning at all times and we never shut down. I myself keep working on the future of Raes.
Strategy with our sights set on the next level and on a positive evolution of our company. That remains my passion.”
